Enjoy seamless WiFi app control to set your preferred temperature, activate ozone sanitation, and schedule sessions with ease. A powerful 0.6HP chiller rapidly cools water to as low as 3°C and maintains it with a high-flow circulation system, while its integrated ozone sterilisation and 50-micron filtration deliver pristine water clarity. When recovery calls for warmth, the system doubles as a hot tub, heating up to 40°C.

How cold should you set it and how long should you stay in?
This varies per individual. Neuroscientist Dr. Andrew Huberman recommends setting the water between 7–15°C (45–60°F) for 1–5 minutes per session.
Maintenance made simple
Routine cleaning of the filter is all that’s required. Each Cryos includes 2 spare filters, with replacements available directly from VERVE.
